Travel is my passion and I'd love to inspire you to budget travel on as little as $30/day, lend a few travel tips, share some real stories, and give useful information on the places I've been; the type of information that I search for before I travel to a place.


You don't have to be rich to see the world! You just need to shift your mindset from the typical western "vacation", adopt a new travel attitude, and you won't believe the people and places you can experience at a fraction of the cost.


Travel is for anyone with a sense of adventure, even a vegetarian woman traveling alone in her 50s. ;)

With the beaded cord, you don't need clothespins, but are a bit limited to how many items you can secure. You can almost always find a place to hang this either in your room our outside. Stores so compact!

Eagle Creek Exhale Inflatable Neck Pillow

Similar to the Sea to Summit pillow but a little plusher, a tiny bit bigger, and a lot better quality. Packs tiny, blows up in just a few breaths to a nice large pillow with a narrow back and a closure in front. Not as easy to empty as StoS, but I love this pillow! It's a separate bladder in a soft pillow case.

This dress is so lightweight and comfortable. I don't wear maxi dresses that often but I do own a couple of these. ;) Cooling, sun protection, and wicking technology.
