My first trip up to Monteverde / Santa Elena in 18 years, the shuttle driver stopped part way up the mountain so I could see the sunset.
There's a favorite view/sunset spot you'll get to visit if you're lucky. The most amazing views. :)

Eco Paz children's park near Monteverde is not only a wonderful community park, but is also a very nice place to watch the sunset.
